In the framework of the implementation of the Erasmus+ project entitled “Online education focused on talent development, career development and soft-skills of the unemployed” with code 2019-1-SK01-KA204-060805, Mr. Vatopoulos Konstantinos, who is a staff member of the “DIAS” organization, visited E-SCHOOL Educational Group premises on Monday, December 30, 2019. On the 3rd of February 2020 Disora presented the SkillsUp project at the Maribor branch of the Employment Service of Slovenia. Their representatives showed great interest in the project. We agreed to present the intellectual outputs of the project at a later date.

We are happy to announce that the 1st LTTA of our project “Online education focused on talent development, career development and soft-skills of the unemployed - SkillsUp” with code 2019-1-SK01-KA204-060805 took place in Karditsa, Greece between 14.01.2020 and 16.01.2020. Project partners from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Greece took part in the training activities in the premises of the E-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL GROUP. On December 20, 2019 our Greek partner E-School Εκπαιδευτικός Όμιλος promoted the Skills Up project with European partners attending a TPM in Karditsa, Greece. The dissemination action took place in the framework of the "Modern Education Methods" (MEM) project. In the framework of the implementation of the Erasmus+ project entitled “Online education focused on talent development, career development and soft-skills of the unemployed” with code 2019-1-SK01-KA204-060805, our Slovak partner topcoach had the opportunity to meet Mr. Tomas Sprlak from the Association for Career Guidance and Career Development. We discussed the target groups, not only the unemployed but also the group of career advisors, who will also benefit from our project. We are looking forward to this cooperation.

Last week our partner topcoach.sk had the opportunity to take a part at the Slovak EPALE Conference. We learnt about the latest trends in career advisory, about the challenges in the adult education sector and we met new and interesting people. Thank you for your invite EPALE Slovensko!

Meeting of Talent Center CZ/SK with Engage Hill regarding used test methodology on the 26th of November in Prague office on behalf of the project ID: 2019-1-SK01-KA204-060805. Our Czech partner, Jana Svarna talked to Egita Renovica and Filip Brodan, owners of company and experts on application that measures attitude, strengths and personal qualities of employees, and unemployed people from different social groups. Within this session we discussed details of methodology and its possible impact.

We have succesfully started our Erasmus+ project Skills Up!The aim of the project is to improve the quality of adult education in career counseling, the development of talent and soft-skills of the unemployed, in order to find better employment and satisfaction in their lives. Moreover, this project will also help career advisors to use this new tool in their consultancy.
